I've been coming to the Maple Valley Sports Clips for years. Normally my experience is excellent. The stylist I had today was very nice. She absolutely had no problems with her character, but I think I was in an out in 10 minutes. My haircut was treated like a race to see how fast she could get it done. Stylists need to make money, are busy, and I have no expectation that they spend an unreasonable amount of time on my haircut, but this was crazy. My hair is totally messed up, untextured, and looks awful. Just slowing down, listening, and spending just a few minutes on some details would have gone a long way with me. It would have been the experience I'm used to having at this location.
