Always great service

My husband who is 59 years old came in for the first time into this salon. He asked for just a cut and no shampoo or anything else. He had been on a sports clips website which said his cut should be $17, they charged him $24 and he even gave a $5 tip. I called THE SALON On his behalf and got the run around about the prices. I asked my husband if he saw any prices at the salon and he said no. when I told her this she said they are behind the door. she said their pricing is not the same as the website and if I wanted to research I could. I think she forgot this trade IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHE DID NOT OFFER ME ANYTHING! She said well he chose to not have a shampoo so the price was what it was. According to the website (which they discount the info) a $24 haircut includes other services including, shampoo and massage. Needless to say his first time in is his LAST TIME IN. They apparently do not want repeat business. If they would have done ANYTHING like give a credit for next time it would have made all the difference and I wouldn't have felt compelled to write this review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE!
